Dear Members,
The Federation of International Polo (FIP) is requesting the handicaps for your players for the year 2004/2005. In order to maintain records of all of the polo players in the world, FIP must receive each country's handicap list every year in order to have accurate and current information. |
FIP keep the records of all players that we have received. We would like to have a ten-year history on any polo player in the world. Additionally, we are posting these handicaps on our website so those handicaps for any player can be checked and verified via the web.
Attached please find a blank excel document. In order to keep the handicap records and be able to post them on our website, we found this document to be the most effective format for this purpose.
Please include the first name (we cannot use only an initial), last name, handicap and the club to which the player is affiliated. Please also remember to put your country name on the Excel document. When it is completed, please return it to FIP at fippolo@aol.com
Example
Holden Glen 0 Santa Barbara Polo Club
I realize that for those countries with more than 100 players, this will be a rather large task. Please contact Veronica Santa Maria, the FIP Secretary, to work out a system by which we can export your information to our records if you have a large database of players.
Thank you for your assistance.
Glen Holden
